Whether you have an auto, home, or business related claim (including Workers Comp), we understand the disruption a claim can cause, and your concerns in getting a quick resolution.
Our Claims Department at Roux Insurance is here to serve and assist you, to insure that the claims process be as smooth and efficient as possible. We will work with you, company adjusters and appraisers, in advocating for a prompt, fair claims settlement.
Our office is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. If you have been in an accident, and/or have a claim to report, call our office as soon as possible, so we can start right away on processing your claim.

- Have the following important information ready to give to our claims specialist:
- Your name, address and phone number
- Date, time and location where the incident occurred
- If there is another party involved, we will need their name, address, and phone number.
Important reminders:
In the case of an auto accident:
Even if you’re not at fault, please still call us with the details, as this will appear on your driving record & will need to be explained to your carrier.
In the case of a property incident:
You will need to take immediate necessary precautions to prevent further damage from occurring.
In the case of a workers compensation claim:
All injuries or occurrences must be reported within 7 days to avoid a fine.
